Ready, steady, blog

For a long time I was wondering how it could be to start blogging in English as well. I was thinking, dreaming, planning and finally I took a deep breath and made the big decision: I create a sub-blog under my Hungarian version to open my little world to non-Hungarians. A lot of questions were flickering in my head: is anybody out there willing to read my recipes? is my English good enough to do that?
Well, I guess it's a question of the future. Because from today all my knowledge in the kitchen and gastronomy will be shared with you who takes her/his time to enjoy the ride on this bumpy road of mine in the land of gastrotherapy.

So, my dear reader, let me warmly welcome to my Gastroworld!
